Service nature
We provide temporary inboxes, address changes, email forwarding, and security management tools—not permanent archives.
Terms of Service · Effective September 2026
By using RelayForward, you agree to these terms. Temporary email is suited to short-term receiving, while forwarding is designed for contact routes you can manage over time. Neither may be used to harm others or evade legal responsibility.
We provide temporary inboxes, address changes, email forwarding, and security management tools—not permanent archives.
Make sure submitted email addresses and received content are lawful, and protect verification codes, tokens, and authenticator keys.
Email may be delayed by senders, networks, filtering, or maintenance. Back up important information separately.
We may restrict access to spam, fraud, malicious automation, or unlawful content, and retain necessary evidence.
| Area | RelayForward provides | You are responsible for | Limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Temporary inbox | Address, countdown, and reading tools | Saving needed information before expiration | Expired content may not be recoverable |
| Long-term forwarding | Alias routing and recent delivery records | Controlling your real email address and alias use | Not every sending system is guaranteed to accept aliases |
| Account security | Email verification codes and optional authenticator | Protecting devices, tokens, and recovery methods | The service does not manage compromised user devices |
| Content compliance | Limited abuse prevention and security filtering | Ensuring lawful sending, receiving, and content | Filtering is not an endorsement of content |
Accessing or using the service means you have read and agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms.
Some features may display additional information, such as expiration periods, quotas, or attachment limits. Those notices form part of the conditions of use together with these terms.
RelayForward provides temporary email creation, online reading, extensions, address changes, and, for verified accounts, long-term forwarding routes and delivery records. Features and limits may change for security, capacity, or product updates.
The service is not permanent storage, a legally designated service address, an emergency communication channel, or an identity-verification provider. Use an email address you can control long term and recover for important accounts.
Sign-in depends on your control of the receiving email address, and your first verification may automatically create an account. Keep your email address accurate and report unauthorized access promptly.
Once you enable an authenticator, you are responsible for protecting its keys and one-time codes. Do not share login tokens or use automation to create accounts in bulk for others.
You may use the service for lawful privacy separation, software testing, event registration, and public contact management. Testing must target systems you own or are expressly authorized to inspect.
Use the service reasonably. Do not continuously consume resources with scripts or interfere with other users. We may set limits on rates, address counts, and email size based on capacity and risk.
You may not use the service for fraud, harassment, spam, infringement, malware distribution, credential theft, or evading lawful restrictions. Do not attempt to access another user’s inbox, tokens, records, or backend systems.
Do not resell unauthorized access or falsify the service’s source or security status. Stop operating and report through support if you identify a risk.
Senders and users are responsible for email content. RelayForward does not control third-party websites, events, or services. An email being delivered does not mean we endorse its links, products, or claims.
Use caution when opening attachments and external links. We may apply security filtering, but cannot guarantee detection of all malicious content or false information.
Temporary inboxes expire according to the countdown shown on the page. You may extend or change them where permitted. Expiration, manual deletion, or enforcement action may make emails immediately inaccessible.
Forwarding records are retained for a limited period. Once an alias is deleted, we do not guarantee that the same address can be reclaimed. Save lawful and important information yourself when needed.
We may modify, suspend, or end features for maintenance, security, legal requirements, or product improvements. We will try to minimize the impact of planned maintenance, but emergencies may require action without advance notice.
Email delivery depends on the internet and third-party sending systems, so we cannot promise a fixed delivery time or a 100% success rate. Diagnostic tools provide clues, not guaranteed results.
We may limit requests, suspend routes, or terminate accounts for violations, security risks, excessive use, or valid legal demands. In an emergency, we may act first and notify you afterward.
You may delete aliases and contact support to request account closure. After termination, limited records and rotating backups that must be retained by law may remain for a period of time.
The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or completely secure.
Demo emails are for interface display only and have no affiliation with or endorsement from the example brands. Do not treat demo data as a real transaction or account notification.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost data, lost profits, or third-party service interruptions. Mandatory liability that cannot be excluded is unaffected.
Take reasonable steps to reduce losses, such as backing up important emails, enabling additional verification, and avoiding temporary addresses for critical recovery. Raise any claim promptly after discovering the issue.
We may update these terms and mark the effective date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated version. If a material change substantially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice.
Disputes are governed by the law of the place where the service operator is based, while mandatory consumer protection rules still apply. Send questions about these terms to support@relayforward.com.
